Returns

Perishable items are critical items. Goods that are not perishable that are contained in bottles, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Perishable items

Please email us immediately once you received the item, and explain your complain and findings. We will be responsible to any mistakes or errors we may have committed and we will re-deliver as soon as possible. Our quality assurance makes sure that prdducts delivered for perishable items are contained in special containers.

Non-Perishable items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Non-Perishable items

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Perishable items

We will refund you the amount excluding delivery charges if any once we have received you email and verified that it is our responsibility for such situation. If you have decided to refund instead of re-deliver the product based on your complain email, then please provide us wher to refund the amount.
